These are some of my accomplishments, big and small; some kept me on tip-toe to achieve them, and some just needed my experiences and focus. After all, these are only my true earnings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A key role in getting Direct Access for physical therapists in Michigan.&nbsp; I was invited by Governor Snyder to the signing of the bill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instrumental in the licensure of Physical Therapist Assistants in Michigan, contributing to the bill&#8217;s formulation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attended a 3-day Law-Item writing workshop, crafting questions for the Physical Therapy exam in California.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I proudly represented the U.S. as a delegate at the 2015 World Confederation of Physical Therapy (WCPT) Congress in Singapore, an honor I&#8217;ll never forget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represented Michigan at the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy annual meeting in San Francisco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proudly served as Michigan&#8217;s Fitness Ambassador, promoting physical well-being.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selected to attend the Leadership Issues Forum in Alexandria, Virginia, addressing critical public health topics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recognized for outstanding contributions at the Federation&#8217;s annual meeting in San Antonio, Texas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Volunteered as a Continuing Competence Certification Reviewer for Pro-Cert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appointed by the Federation&#8217;s President to serve on the Tellers Committee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represented Michigan as a delegate at the Federation&#8217;s 2012 annual meeting in Indianapolis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attended the Pain and Palliative Care Assembly conference, gaining insights into effective pain management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represented the Michigan Board of Physical Therapy at the Jurisdictional Board and Administrator Training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively participated in Legislative Breakfasts in Lansing, supporting Direct Access for Physical Therapists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represented Michigan at the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy meetings in 2007 and 2008.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recognized for academic excellence on the President&#8217;s List at Xavier University School of Medicine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A heartfelt thank you if you read this!
